How to get Service

1. Provisional Procedures: Upazila Health Complex, Union Health and Family Welfare Centre, Community Clinic and door-to-door delivery of pills, condoms and birth control injection services. Service providers: Family welfare inspectors and family welfare assistants provide the service. Service Hours: 6 days a week from 9.00 am to 3.30 am. 2. Long Term Procedure: IUD and Implant services are provided at each Union Health and Family Welfare Center and Upazila Health Complex. Service Providers: Family Welfare Inspector IUD and Medical Officer MCHFP provide implant services. Timings: IUD services are provided daily and implant week Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm. 3. Permanent System: Male and female sterilization operation services are provided through special camps at Upazila Health Complex and Union Health and Family Welfare Center if required. Service Provider: Medical Officer MCHFP. Service Timings: Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays of the week from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm. 4. General Patients: General patient services are provided at Upazila Health Complex and Union Health and Family Welfare Center. Service Provider: Medical Officer MCHFP and Deputy Assistant Community Medical Officer. Service Hours: 9.00 am to 3.30 am daily except Friday. Note that the mentioned services are provided free of cost. Only in the case of condoms, the government charges 10 paise per piece of condom.
